What's inside
- Settings. Up to 10 services with your rates, an extra-pet fee, a holiday surcharge and the mileage rate you choose.
- Clients. Household, pet names, number of pets, vet and care notes, plus visits this year and unpaid total. Keep door and lockbox codes out of it.
- Visits. Pick the client and service; rate, extra pets, holiday surcharge and total fill in. Unpaid visits stay highlighted.
- Invoice. Type a client and any date in the month for visits and amounts by service, paid and balance due. Print or save as PDF.
- Mileage and Summary. Drives between visits, and visits, billed, paid, unpaid and miles by month.
How it works
- Download the .xlsx right after checkout.
- Open it in Google Sheets (File › Import › Upload). It should open in Excel too.
- Clear the samples and enter your own services and rates in Settings.
