What this site collects, what it does not, and who handles purchases.

This page describes what happens when you use this site and our spreadsheet files. It is plain-language information, not legal advice.
This site
- The site is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no comments and no ads.
- We don't set cookies ourselves.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, such as which pages are viewed and basic page-load figures. We see totals in a dashboard, not who individual visitors are. To do this, your browser loads a script from Cloudflare and sends it measurements, and Cloudflare receives technical details such as your IP address, as with any web request. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how it handles them.
- We do not sell personal information.
Calculators and tools
The browser tools on this site, such as the invoice calculator, run on your device. What you type is not sent to us or anyone else, and it is not saved or stored. Closing or reloading the page clears it.
Buying or downloading a file
Our files are sold and delivered through Payhip, on a page that Payhip runs. When you download a file or buy one, Payhip collects what it needs to complete the order, such as your email address, and payments go through the payment provider you choose at checkout. Card details go to the payment provider, not to us. Payhip and its payment providers have their own privacy and cookie policies, and those apply on their pages: see Payhip’s privacy policy.
Your files
The spreadsheets are files that you keep. Local Shift does not receive what you enter into them. Please keep client and party names out of any spreadsheet you store in the cloud or share, and check your agency contracts for their confidentiality rules.
If you email team.localshift@gmail.com, we receive your message and your email address, and we use them to answer you. The mailbox is hosted by Gmail. We do not keep a mailing list.
